1.1. What is Qpid Network?
 

Qpid Network is a leading international dating and relationships service platform. Through the latest innovations in online dating technology, we provide the B.E.S.T. all-inclusive dating and marriage solutions for gentlemen around the world hoping to find their true love in Eastern Europe and Latin America.

Everyday, Qpid Network's member sites LatamDate.com and CharmDate.com, win critical acclaim for an outstanding array of high quality services, including dating and relationship guidance, gifts and flowers delivery, visa and travel management as well as translation and interpretation. Qpid Network connects the global village!

1.2. What is the QpidAffiliate Program?
 

Qpid Network's Affiliate Program is the most lucrative online affiliate program available! It's simple, you join as an affiliate and assist in the promotion of our website(s), and in return we will pay you extremely high commissions with our commission programs, "Pay Per Sale" and "Pay Per Lead". And if you use our "Co-Brand" program, in return for promoting our site, we will provide free website building tools to help you create your own website, and provide free hosting. Plus you can earn money by bringing new affiliates to us with the "Two-Tier Program".

1.3. How much will I earn?
 

We have two commission schemes described as below:

Pay Per Sale: If the members you acquire place first orders, you will receive a certain percentage of that order as commission regardless of the price of the order. You can even take 100% of the 50th and its following first orders!

The number of your first orders in a month: percentage of the orders as your commissions
The 1st-9th first orders: 60%
The 10th-49th first orders: 80%
The 50th and the following first orders: 100%

Pay Per Action: The Pay Per Action program issues your commission based on the number of referred paid members. Regardless of the actual order size, the more paid members you bring, the more higher payout you could get.
 

The number of your paid members in a month: Payout per paid member
The 1st-9th paid members: $150
The 10th-49th paid members: $185
The 50th and its following paid members: $300


Pay Per Lead: Your commission depends on the amount of valid members (as the leads to be paid) you acquire.
Each offer containing certain conditions is bound with a certain fixed payout.

1.4. Can I earn money by referring other webmasters?
 

The Two-Tier Program allows you to refer other webmasters to our affiliate program. Please select Pay Per Sale Program when joining us and get your own referral link. When a webmaster uses your link to sign up to advertise Qpid Affiliate sites, we will pay you a percentage of that webmaster's earnings.

Your referral fee is based on how many affiliates you have referred.The starting percentage is 5% and it will increase to 8% when you succeed referring 50 affiliates. And your 200th and following affiliates will make it 12%.

1.5. Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?
 

Anyone can apply to become a Qpid Network Affiliate for free. If you own and/or operate a website, you can apply to become a member of the QpidAffiliate Team and, if accepted, receive an email confirmation explaining the process of promoting us on your site. If you do not own a website, you can opt for our Co-Brand program. Please read the Terms and Conditions for more information.

1.6. What types of banners and links are available?
 

Once accepted by QpidAffiliate, you will have access to a wide variety of interactive original advertising tools that you can use to promote our site(s). Whether you decide to use a banner ad, text link or HTML search function, you will be able to target different categories of users as desired. Links and images are regularly updated to ensure that only the top performing pieces are available.

1.7. What is your policy on adult content?
 

The QpidAffiliate program does not allow sites with adult content and reserves the right to review member sites for compliance with our policies. If your site is deemed offensive or breaches our policy, we reserve the right to reject an application or terminate an affiliate agreement immediately. Please refer to our Affiliate Terms and Conditions for additional information on our adult content policy.

1.8. What is an offer?
 

"Offer" is a marketing term to describe a set of specifications and conditions including but not limited to the promoting site, targeting areas, payout, traffic requirement and restrictions. QpidAffiliate provides CPL or CPS offers to affiliates based on the type of account.

1.9. What is DOI/SOI?
 

DOI is short for Double Opt-in. Valid leads generated from DOI offers require registrants to verify that the email addresses they use for registration are their own. This is usually done by clicking the activation link in a confirmation email sent to these email addresses. SOI is short for Single Opt-in. Valid leads generated from SOI offers require registrants to complete their profiles, either during registration or through account setting after registration.

  2. My Affiliate Account
2.1. How do I find and add QpidAffiliate banners to my web site?
 

Sign in via the QpidAffiliate page, then click on "Offers Links" at the top of the page. Click an offer name and choose the type of promotional materials you like to use by switching between "Links & Codes" options. Go to "Banners" under the offer you wish to promote, then click on "Get Code" beside the banner you wish to add to your website and copy the code to your website.

2.2. Can I put up your promotional materials on multiple sites?
 

Yes, we encourage affiliates to promote our links on as many sites as they like! The more promotional materials you display the more money you make!

2.3. How does Qpid Network track visitors from my site?
 

When you sign up as an affiliate we will give you a unique affiliate ID, identical to the number at the end of the tracking URL you use to link to our site. We use this ID to identify where a referral has come from in order to credit that account ID accordingly. If you forget to include your ID in a referral URL, we will not be able to accurately credit your account and thus you will not be paid for that portion of your traffic.

2.4. What is a lead? What is a valid member?
 

QpidAffiliate only pays commissions for valid members, which is regarded as a lead to be paid. To be a valid member, your referral must satisfy all of the following conditions as default:
a) be male, AND
b) be between the ages of 30 years to 70 years, AND
c) have created a complete profile on one of Qpid Network's member sites or verified his e-mail, AND
d) be a resident of and have registered via an IP address from one of the following countries: United States, Netherlands, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Hungary, Singapore, Norway, New Zealand, Malta, Croatia, Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Monaco, Luxembourg, South Africa.

QpidAffiliate may provide more offers containing different conditions for special purposes.

2.5. What is a valid first order?
 

A first order refers to each first purchase on a Qpid Network site by one of your acquired members. "Valid" means that no chargeback or creditback has occurred after the order is placed. Creditback is defined as credit refunded to customers after canceling their membership and chargeback is a refund of payment for customers after their credit card has already been processed.

2.6. What is an action? What is a paid member?
 

An action, the conversion goal of the Pay Per Action Program, is verified upon placement of a valid order by any member who becomes a paid member thereupon.

2.7. How often is my reports page updated?
 

We update your reports page daily. Please note the statistics are not in real time and will not reflect new members and orders immediately.

2.8. I would like to change my commission scheme choice. Is it possible?
 

Currently,each account is eligible for only one commission scheme whether Pay Per Sale or Pay Per Lead. If you are willing to join both, you have to create one more account.

2.9. How do I permanently terminate my affiliate account?
 

If you wish to terminate your affiliate account, please contact us quoting your affiliate ID number, name and company name.

2.10. Can I create another account through my referral link?
 

No. You can not refer yourself with the two-tier program to earn yourself more commissions. Should such behaviour be found, the corresponding part of commissions will be deducted. We reserve the right to terminate cooperation for malicious act.

2.11. I have a lead to be shown accepted but my unpaid balance does not show any commission yet. Why?
 

Traffic and conversions you bring to us will be displayed in reports soon, while the calculation of commission is not real time. The commission report is created on the 16th of the consequent month, only at that time your commission is confirmed as final. Before that, you may find an estimated commission in the monthly report area.

  3. Check/Payment Options
3.1. How do I get paid?
 

Payments will be made by Qpid Network via PayPal, Paxum, Bank Wire or check. However, in light of check processing fees, we suggest you use PayPal as your primary payment method. If you require payment by check, we suggest you request payment when your unpaid balance is more than $200 for cost-effectiveness.

3.2. When will I get paid?
 

Payments are calculated monthly starting from the 1st of each month. Before the 8th of the following month, your commission will be calculated and displayed in your Qpid Affiliate account accordingly. You can request a payment be sent to you once your unpaid balance is greater than USD $50 (greater than US$160 for the Pay Per Action Program.Please also notice that: your affiliate statistics report calculated according to the commission program you have chosen will be updated daily in your account-report.). Considering the service charge, it is more cost-effective if you don't make a payment request until the unpaid balance is a large amount.

Payments will be sent out between the 8th and the 15th of each month. So if you send a payment request before the 7th of the month, you can receive the payment in that month. Otherwise, the payment will be sent in the following month.Also, shorter payment terms could be applied to affiliates with proved good traffic.

3.3. How much money do I have to earn before I am eligible to receive a commission?
 

If your monthly reported commission is less than USD $50, you will not be paid until your unpaid balance reaches at least USD $50. Once your payment has reached USD $50, you can click on "Request for Payment" on the unpaid balance page to request immediate payment (Except for the Pay Per Action Program which the unpaid balance shall be greater than US$160). Before requesting your first payment, please ensure your payment detail is proper filled and we reserve the right to request for personal identification (e.g. the ID, passport, drive license, address, telephone number, etc.) when necessary situation occur or when handle payment exceed USD $2000.

3.4. I have not received one of the commissions posted on my reports page. What should I do?
 

If you have not received one of your commissions, please contact us.

3.5. If I have more than one affiliate account, how to request a combination of the commissions?
 

If both of these accounts are with the same personal details and payment info, you can require us by contacting your affiliate manager. You will receive consolidated payments for each of your payable affiliate accounts.

  4. Spam Policy
4.1. What forms of promotion can I use?
 

The majority of Qpid Network Affiliates promote our sites by placing our promotional material on their websites. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we provide you with a special HTML code to be used in all links between your site and ours. You must ensure that these HTML codes are used properly for each of these links. Links to our site placed on your site pursuant to this Agreement, and which properly utilize such special link formats, are referred to as "Special Links." You will only earn referral fees for activity on our site occurring directly through Special Links. We are not liable for any failure to use Special Links, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts which would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement. The functioning of Special Links is based on "cookies". The system is unable to track sales if the user's "cookies" are switched off.

4.2. I've just logged into my account and it was blocked. Why?
 

QpidAffiliate does not condone cheating or spamming of any nature. Any accounts suspected of cheating or reported for spamming will be immediately banned and all payment will be voided. Extreme steps must be taken to protect our company and legitimate affiliates. Typical reasons that may lead to the termination of your affiliate account include:

* Usage of your affiliate ID in spamming activities

* Creation of fake member accounts

* High chargeback rates

* Directly or indirectly giving incentives (including, without limitation, payment of money, rebates, or granting of any discount or other benefit for registration.

* Other inappropriate acts

4.3. Could I use Email promotion?
 

No, any attempt to deliver any email promotion over the Internet is not allowed, and any attempt to deliver unsolicited bulk mails over the Internet is considered spam. Almost all spam is commercial advertising. Potential target lists are created by scanning Usenet postings, stealing Internet mailing lists, or searching the web for addresses. Such information is gathered with automated searches which retrieve email addresses for spamming.

Absolutely no spam is permitted by affiliates on any search engines, news groups or mailing lists. Spamming will be the cause for legal action. Furthermore, QpidAffiliate will not pay any commissions to affiliates who deliver email promotion and/or violate spamming policy. No bulk mail, mass mail or unsolicited mail is permitted.

  5. Dating Channel
5.1. What is Dating Channel?
 

Dating Channel is part of Qpid Affiliate Co-brand program, you can add a direct link in your site's header or side bar menu, and in return, get a logo return link throughout Qpid Network's well-known dating sites. In this way, you can not only earn commission from every registration and order, but also receive quality back link traffic from Qpid Network.

5.2. Does it cost anything to join the Dating Channel program?
 

It is totally free to apply for the Dating Channel program.

5.3. What is Channel URL?
 

You need to fill out the Channel URL to let us know where you set up the direct links (see 5.1). To ensure a better effect, we suggest you add 'dating channel' as text links on your home page's site header or side bar menu, then the Channel URL should be the same as the URL of your home page. But in case, your setting is not your home page, you need to tell us where it is exactly.

5.4. Can I apply for the Dating Channel program even though I have not create the Channel URL?
 

Yes, Channel URL is optional when you apply, you can submit or edit the Channel URL afterwards.

5.5. How do visitors go to Qpid Network's landing page through my site?
 

Visitors will be redirected to Qpid Network's landing page by clicking the direct link (see 5.1) or visiting the Channel URL directly through their browser.

5.6. Why do I have to upload a logo?
 

The logo you upload will be shown on the landing page of the Qpid Network dating sites, and it will serve as a return link back to your site.
